We reserve the right for typographical errors, price adjustments, and product inaccuracies.


Orders

Orders can be placed through our website.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The order becomes binding once confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Suspected fraud

  • Technical errors

  • Product unavailability

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded in full.


Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (or local EU currency depending on market) and include VAT in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

Shipping costs and any additional fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Warranty

We provide:

  • 2-year warranty on new plastic kayaks

  • 1-year warranty on used kayaks and accessories

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.

The original proof of purchase must be presented for the warranty to apply.

The warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser

  • Is non-transferable

  • Must be claimed within a reasonable time (maximum 2 months after the defect was discovered)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by impact or accidents

  • Improper storage or incorrect installation

  • Misuse or use outside intended purpose

  • Incorrect cleaning methods

  • Transport damage

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
