At NorthKayak, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing Time
All in-stock products are shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.
Delivery time begins once the shipment has left our warehouse.
Products that are not in stock may have different delivery times. Estimated delivery time will be stated on the product page where applicable.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders within the EU using trusted logistics partners such as:

The selected carrier depends on the product type, size, and delivery destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch:

Standard parcel delivery (accessories, inflatable SUPs, smaller items):
1–4 business days -
Home delivery (plastic kayaks and larger products):
2–6 business days (may require appointment scheduling) -
FedEx deliveries:
1–4 business days depending on destination
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
NorthKayak cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery country
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Home Delivery (Large Products)
Kayaks and larger products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
For home deliveries:

The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery normally takes place on business days.

The recipient must be available to receive and sign for the shipment.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence or incorrect contact information, additional shipping or handling fees may apply.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.
Important – Inspect Your Delivery
When receiving large items (such as kayaks or SUPs), it is important to inspect the goods carefully before accepting delivery.
If you notice visible damage:

Photograph the damage immediately

Ensure the driver documents the damage

Notify us within 3 days of delivery
After accepting the delivery without noting visible transport damage, liability for transport damage may be limited.
We also recommend unpacking the product immediately to check for any hidden damage.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected from a service point or delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:

Return shipping fees

Administrative handling fees
may be deducted from your refund or charged before reshipping.
Delivery of Inflatable Kayaks
Inflatable kayaks are shipped via DHL or FedEx depending on destination.
The carrier will contact you if necessary to coordinate delivery.
If the shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional return and re-shipping costs may apply.
Claims for Transport Damage
All transport-related claims must be submitted in writing to:

Your claim must include:

Description of the damage

Clear photos of the product (with and without packaging)
We will then initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you further.
